Job description

As a Danish Content Moderator in Berlin, you will play a key role in maintaining the quality and integrity of social media platforms. Your main responsibility will be to review posts, ensuring they align with community guidelines while fostering a positive and engaging user experience.

Together with Danish colleagues and experts across 14 international markets, you will collaborate to make a significant impact to a safer and more enjoyable digital space for millions of users worldwide!

Your Responsibilities as a Danish Content Moderator:

Assess and respond to user-reported content that may be offensive or disturbing, following client policies and guidelines.

Review, block, and delete content that violates community standards.

Deliver high-quality work with attention to detail.

Directly contribute to reducing hate, racism, bullying, cybercrimes, and misinformation online.

What we’re looking for

Language Skills: Fluent in Danish and English—no German required.

Cultural Awareness: Strong understanding of social and cultural issues in the Netherlands and surrounding regions.

Adaptability: Open to dynamic priorities and processes in a fast-paced international team.

Flexibility: Ability to work rotating shifts (24/7).

Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid German work permit, and a clean certificate of conduct.
