Purpose of the role: 🚀

In this dynamic role, you will work closely with a portfolio of new clients, helping them develop and launch their online advertising campaigns. You will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on their business growth by guiding them through the process and ensuring their success in the digital advertising world. Your key Responsibilities:

Act as a trusted advisor to Norwegian companies, guiding them in creating and optimizing digital advertising campaigns.

Identify business opportunities, recommend appropriate solutions, and help clients achieve measurable results.

Work towards individual sales targets while contributing to the overall success of the team.

Continuously analyze client needs and the effectiveness of campaigns, making data-driven adjustments to improve performance.

Collaborate with other team members to grow the client base and increase market presence across EMEA.

Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies to provide cutting-edge solutions to clients.

What you can expect: 👀

💼 Full-time position (39h per week, Monday to Friday) with a Permanent Contract

💰 Attractive salary conditions: from 23.876,19€ up to 30.000€ gross/year, plus a Sales bonus package: up to 3.407,96€ – 3.500€ gross/year

🏠 Hybrid working model in Barcelona

📚 3 weeks of intense training on Google Ads and specific sales training, with ongoing coaching for personal and professional development

The ideal candidat 🤝

Fluent level of Danish

Ability to speak and write English fluently and idiomatically.

BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.

6 months -1 Year of experience in advertising, PPC Campaigns

6 months – 1 year of experience in outbound sales (preferably B2B)

A team player with strong leadership, analytical and communication skills.

Passionate about Marketing, technology, and online Advertising, with a desire to learn and develop.
