– (Work At Home) based in Serbia
Job description
As a Customer Service Consultant, you will be the primary contact for Lufthansa passengers and you will be answering questions mostly regarding flight reservations, cancellations, and online check-in via phone. All the Customer Consultants are taking calls equally in their market language and also in English from various countries (e.g. Germany, Scandinavia, United States…).
Profile requirements
As a Home-Based Agent, you need to be located in Serbia.
You speak German and English fluently.
You have great communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
A big plus if you have been working in customer service in the past.
A fast, wired internet connection is required (min. 16/10 MBPS). WiFi connectivity is not supported, and a personal smartphone is required for authentication purposes.

- The provided equipment includes a PC, monitor, headphones, mouse, and keyboard. There is a 35€ (net) monthly contribution for home office.
- We offer a limited (1-year) contract with a 6-month probationary period and the possibility of renewal.
