Job description

Your role is as an Italian Customer Support Agent in Athens you will, together with your team, to handle customer issues via email, chat, and phone; moreover, you’ll represent one of the world’s most respected brands! Additionally, you will bring a creative, friendly, and solution-oriented approach when interacting with both customers and colleagues🤝

Your daily responsibility

Provide exceptional support and guidance to customers regarding their services and subscriptions.

Deliver quick, accurate, and helpful responses to inquiries to keep smiles on our customers’ faces!

Troubleshoot and resolve issues, ensuring a smooth experience for the customer.

Manage administrative tasks related to customer accounts, including updates and adjustments.

What we’re looking for 

• Fluency in Italian (C2 level)
• Good knowledge of English (B1-B2)
• Strong communication skills – verbal, written, and listening
• Computer skills – basic skills mandatory, advanced skills like coding preferential)
• Proactive & Quick Learner: Able to adapt to client needs and deliver top-notch solutions.
• Multitasker: Ability to stay organized and effective under pressure.
• EU Citizenship or Work Permit for Greece
