Job Description 📋

As a Customer Support Agent, you’ll assist customers on the Latvian market via email, chat, and phone. No previous experience is needed – we’ll provide comprehensive, paid training to set you up for success!

Daily Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone.

Solve technical or general issues with a service-oriented mindset.

Collaborate with your team to meet targets and ensure customer satisfaction.

Provide a positive experience for every customer you interact with.

Requirements ✅

Fluent in Latvian and intermediate English.

Previous experience in customer service or similar roles is a plus.

🕒 Other Details

• Full-time: 40 hours/week (8-hour shifts: morning/afternoon/evening).
• Minimum stay: 12 months.
