Job description 💼

Your Role As a Digital Marketing Specialist, will be as an advisor to Norwegian businesses, helping them to maximise the potential of their online advertising campaigns. You will have a direct impact on their business growth by delivering tailored marketing strategies using Google Ads and other digital platforms.

Your key Responsibilities:

Act as a trusted advisor to Norwegian companies, guiding them in creating and optimizing digital advertising campaigns.

Identify business opportunities, recommend appropriate solutions, and help clients achieve measurable results.

Work towards individual sales targets while contributing to the overall success of the team.

Continuously analyze client needs and the effectiveness of campaigns, making data-driven adjustments to improve performance.

Collaborate with other team members to grow the client base and increase market presence across EMEA.

Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies to provide cutting-edge solutions to clients.

What you can expect: ⭐️

💼 Full-time position (39h per week, Monday to Friday) with a Permanent Contract

💰 Attractive salary conditions: from 23.876,19€ up to 30.000€ gross/year, plus a Sales bonus package: up to 3.407,96€ – 3.500€ gross/year

🏠 Hybrid working model in Barcelona

✈️ Relocation package: Includes flight ticket, 1-month accommodation, and private health insurance support

📚 3 weeks of intense training on Google Ads and specific sales training, with ongoing coaching for personal and professional development

Who we’re looking for 👀

Fluent level of Norwegian

Ability to speak and write English fluently and idiomatically.

BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.

6 months -1 Year of experience in advertising, PPC Campaigns

6 months – 1 year of experience in outbound sales (preferably B2B)

A team player with strong leadership, analytical and communication skills.

Passionate about Marketing, technology, and online Advertising, with a desire to learn and develop.
