Job description 💼

As a Customer Support Advisor for a renowned travel company, you will play a key role in understanding and addressing the needs of our international travellers. You’ll be the main point of contact, facilitating communication between our customers and accommodation providers worldwide, all while maintaining exceptional service standards.

Your responsibilities will include handling inquiries related to services, payments, and technical requirements, providing clear and accurate information, and following established processes through both email and phone interactions.

How your typical workday could be:

Provide exceptional support and guidance to customers regarding their services and subscriptions.

Deliver quick, accurate, and helpful responses to inquiries to keep smiles on our customers’ faces!

Troubleshoot and resolve issues, ensuring a smooth experience for the customer.

Contract:

38,5h/week (Monday to Sunday), 8h/day, 40h/week

Available shift: 15:00-23:00h

The ideal candidate we’re looking for 👀

Serbian: C2 level and advanced English

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both written and spoken

User-friendly PC skills: Office 365, CRM Database, and other internal platforms.

A problem-solving and solution-driven mentality

A positive, motivated mindset will help you deal with some tricky customer problems.

Goal-oriented work approach with an open mind to changing priorities and business processes.

Affinity with Accommodation Platforms

Experience within customer service or contact center environments will be valued.

Availability to work from the office and from home (within 100km from the office)
