Job description 💼

Your role as a Video Content Analyst will involve working with a global team to review, analyze, and manage content on one of the world’s most popular video-sharing platforms. If you’re passionate about social media, enjoy vlogging, and are always exploring videos to solve challenges, this is the ideal role for you! You’ll have the opportunity to dive into areas such as social media regulation, online free speech, and EU policy-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries via phone, email, and chat, identifying problems and troubleshooting to provide solutions.
• Review user-submitted reports about content on the platform.
• Analyze content to ensure it complies with platform guidelines and flag violations promptly.
• Make balanced decisions and resolve content inquiries in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Use market-specific insights to suggest improvements for supporting the user community.
• Handle sensitive content, which may involve graphic or disturbing material, ensuring it’s reviewed per company standards.

Salary info: 💰

• Base salary: 14000€ /yearly paid in 12 or 14 instances
• Language bonus: 3,240€/year (270€/month)
• Yearly Performance Bonus: 5% of annual base salary
• Meal allowance: 7,63€/ per day of work, paid in 11 instances on a meal card
• One year full time contract, with 60 days of probation

Requirements we’re looking for 🔎

• Ability to speak Dutch(at least C1 level, ideally native)
• B2 level of English
• Availability to work in shifts and weekends
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
• Quick learner and adaptable to learn new processes, concepts, and skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail and a desire to deliver accurately, efficiently, and to a high standard
• Have a neutral mindset to alternative video content that needs classification
