Join our Polish-speaking Customer Support Team
Work 
You will together with your team, to handle customer issues in a friendly, effective, and professional manner via email, chat, and phone for one of the world’s most respected brands! You will have a creative, friendly, and solution-oriented approach with customers and colleagues.
Example of daily tasks:
Provide exceptional support and guidance to customers regarding their services and subscriptions.
Deliver quick, accurate, and helpful responses to inquiries to keep smiles on our customers’ faces!
Troubleshoot and resolve issues, ensuring a smooth experience for the customer.
Manage administrative tasks related to customer accounts, including updates and adjustments.
Guide customers through software features, ensuring they get the most out of their experience.
Ensure every interaction delivers accurate, complete information and maintains the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements 
Fluency in Hungarian language (C2 level)
Good knowledge of English (B1-B2)
Strong communication skills – verbal, written, and listening
Computer skills – basic skills mandatory, advanced skills like coding preferential)
Proactive & Quick Learner: Able to adapt to client needs and deliver top-notch solutions.
Multitasker: Ability to stay organized and effective under pressure.
EU Citizenship or Work Permit for Greece
